The blue door - cosy studio

Great communication from the beginning. The apartment is in a great location - close to the beach, a supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and a short stroll into the main part of town. The apartment is on the third floor and there is an elevator which was a relief to find instead of lugging my suitcase up. Check in was easy with the owner meeting me nearby before showing me around and giving some recommendations. Check out was also very easy. The apartment itself was clean, airy, and had a lot of natural light. It was nicely furnished and well appointed. The balcony is a great size and you can enjoy some of the live music from the hotel nearby. The sandy beaches were just at the end of the street. Two sun beds with an umbrella cost €20 and were free if you ordered from the restaurants that provide them (although that was the minimum amount you had to order for them to be free). Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. You can’t go wrong with this choice!

The elevator was stuck on the second floor and would not move when I was checking out. Hence the dip in the rating for facilities.
