The location is perfect for accessing the beach with multiple cheap options available at the beach itself with their catering etc. The rooms are clean, with additional cleaning service offered by the owner, cooling in the hot season is absolutely great and the amenities are a life saver, with a freezer for the ice cream, washing machine and two TVs for the cases where you do want to spend the night at home.
Had difficulty finding the appartment at night, when we arrived. But this would not be an issue if you've properly checked its location beforehand.
