Absolutely everything. The apartment is very well maintained and it's spot clean. Just like its description, the apartment is both calm and very well positioned. It's good value of money, very comfortable for 1 and a nice place for 2.

A peaceful and comfortable apartment . Highly recommend.

The description is perfect as our stay gave us a quiet calm from the busy itinerary we had set ourselves and this relaxing apartment gave us a perfect respite. The owner was very attentive whilst respecting our privacy and we were able to cook ourselves a meal in the kitchen with a real oven!!. Great shower spotlessly clean. The apartment was more spacious than others we had stayed in and the bed was very comfortable. Parking within the city walls cost us less than 20€ (2025) and was an underground car park about 8 minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Excellent location & comfortable stay!

Excellent location - just 10mins walk into the centre of Avignon. Comfortable beds with bedside plug sockets (on both sides). Powerful shower and toiletries (hand wash, shower gel) available. Free parking available nearby.

The sofa-bed was rather uncomfortable (it was very hard).

It was a warm, nice experience and we are very happy about the host and the rapid service.

Quiet at night and close to everything around the town. Benjamin, the host, is super responsive and available.

There is a strange smell at the corridor when entering the building. However, that smell doesn't affect the stay

Très bon séjour. L'accueil était simple et fonctionnel; Tout est bien équipé et le logement est bien conçu, confortable et agréable. De plus Benjamin est accueillant et arrangeant. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Une adresse idéale pour une escapade ou plus !

Un appartement dans lequel on se sent bien, avec une décoration chaleureuse.Une cuisine bien équipée. Le propriétaire attentionné avait préparé le couchage canapé et a facilité notre départ ( possibilité de laisser les bagages en lieu sûr, horaire check out décalé). Le stationnement se fait à quelques rues de là ,dans les rues adjacentes, mais il est possible de s'arrêter devant l'entrée pour décharger. Quartier agréable, pas d'insécurité.

鍵の受け渡しは事前にメッセージで連絡がありました。私がとまどってうまく入ることができず、メッセージを送ったところすぐに返信があり、無事に部屋に入ることができました。（日本の１階とフランスの１階を間違えました）。宿泊した部屋は１階（日本でいうところの２階）でした。アビニョンのお勧めの場所やレストランを教えてくれたり、ととても親切でした。キッチンは食器、カトラリー、調理器具などそろっていました。洗濯機・乾燥機は０階（日本の１階）にありました。物干しもありました。

電子レンジはありませんでした。オーブンはありました。階段のタイルが不安定なところがありました。重い荷物を持っているときには注意が必要です。駅からはある程度距離があります。Wifiはやや遅いことがありました。

鍵の受け渡し方法について事前に連絡がありましたが、現地で少し戸惑いました。メッセージを送るとすぐに返信があり、無事に入れました。また、アヴィニョンについての情報をいろいろと教えていただき、ありがたかったです。キッチンの設備も十分でした。オーブンはありましたが、電子レンジはありません。建物内に洗濯機と乾燥機がありました。物干し台もありました。チェックアウト後に洗濯室に荷物を置いておけるとのことでした。

Beste Lage mitten in der Altstadt, und trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Wohnung, sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich nett, zuvorkommend, gibt sogar ein paar Tips in der Stadt. Er pflegt eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen

Понравилось буквально все! Замечательные чистые со вкусом обставленные апартаменты, удобная кухня, чистая ванная комната. Приятно что комнаты были прохладные (хозяин до нашего приезда включил кондиционер), также приятным бонусом был вкусный кофе из кофе-машины.

Un logement idéalement situé, calme et très propre qui correspond parfaitement à la description du l

Notre hôte nous a parfaitement renseigné avant notre arrivée sur l’entrée dans le logement et la possibilité de stationnement.( un plus dans la ville d’Avignon). Il nous a également proposé de laisser nos bagages après le check out si nous avions besoin. Le logement est impeccable !

Vraiment idéalement placé entre la gare central et la vielle ville d' Avignon et calme en plus. Ben était à chaque moment atteignable. L' appartement est super pour un séjour de quelques jours à Avignon. Bien équipé avec tout l' essentiel.

Calme, lumineux, spacieux, proche du centre

5 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre ville. (Nous étions sans voiture,). Le logement est lumineux et bien décoré avec les tomettes d'origine et les pierres apparentes. Tout était bien propre, voire neuf, bien équipé. Idéal pour un couple, mais possible d'y loger avec 2 enfants, car il y a un clic clac au salon. Petite salle de bain avec douche spacieux et très propre. La chambre donne sur une petite cour, donc s'est calme. Le contact avec le propriétaire est bien.

Le bâtiment est peu insonorisé, on entendait un peu les voisins rentrer etc, mais ils sont été respectueux quand on y était, donc ça ne nous a pas trop dérangé. Pas de parking. Pas (encore) de tv ou wifi
