Nos ha gustado la ubicación de la casa, la estructura de las tres plantas, la iluminación, la calma y serenidad de la zona, y las vistas desde la terraza-azotea. La agencia ha estado disponible en cada momento para cualquier situación inesperada.
Debido a las lluvias de este invierno la casa necesita una reparación para eliminar restos de humedad y volver a pintar algunas de las paredes. La agencia nos comentó que tienen previsto el arreglo en cuanto se pueda intervenir.

The location of this property was perfect being a 5 minute walk from the main town with restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the train station.
The neighbourhood was quiet and safe with a lovely local bar just down the road which was friendly and welcoming.
The house is typical Portuguese style which was lovely and had plenty of room for the two of us. The small roof terrace was lovely with some great views over the town and out to the river and salt plains.
As our stay was in December the house was cold at night as no heating other than a small heater. This warmed the bedroom fine and we had extra blankets. Our host did say to let her know if we are too cold but once we were in for a few days the house did get warmer. I think another heater would have been beneficial if we were staying any longer.
The hot water is also a bit hit and miss at times.
