The location was not so perfect as we expected but still very good. Only a short walking distance from downtown area but going through a not very nice area. Welcome and good-bye instructions were detailed and timely. The place was very comfortable, spacios and clean. The kitchen was excellent and well supplied. There was even a study room. The hair dryer and the washing machine were a very good addition.
There was no internet although there was a password etc. But in reality the internet was not working. Also, I think that the location of the apartment on the roof (5th floor) with no elevator should be somehow indicated in advance. We had a kid and lots of of luggage. It's not such a big deal but honesty comes first. I understand well why this is not done since it may lower the attractiveness and the price of the place but I would chose it despite that - again, honesty is important. Finally, I did not like these messages upon departure to urge me what evaluaiton or mark to provide. No need for that.

Logement spacieux et relativement confortable. Idéal pour découvrir le Musée de l'automobile.

emplacement très satisfaisant, à 2mn d'une station de tram. et à 15mn à pied du centre ville.
possible d'aller au musée de l'auto à pied, 10mn.
plusieurs prises de courant ne fonctionnaient pas (problème pour brancher le micro-onde) , constat un pied de la télévision était cassé (elle tenait juste par dessus), congélateur absolument très sale et pas nettoyé, absence de draps pour un lit canapé, il a fallu réclamé 3 fois pour en avoir.
dommage de faire 4 étages sans ascenseurs avec des grosses valises.
propreté intérieure assez moyenne.
télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas (heureusement il y a la box internet.
