Fortezza House

The property location was very close to the train station and therefore the airport tram and pleasant walking distance to the historic center of the city. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The facilities were, new, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was on the first floor of a residential building whose windows were elevated above visibility, as if it was a basement. The hosts did not provide sheets for the sofa bed and were quite argumentative over the request despite learning (less than 45 minutes before our arrival) of our occupancy changing from 5 persons to 4. We still required the use of the sofa bed for our older children of different genders. They requested 50 euros to deliver the bed linens after 9pm. We made do and they delivered them for free the following day, The kitchen had a pod-type coffee maker but no coffee or tea, sugar etc.

It was close to the central station and the property was newly renovated, so it was clean and nice!

Nous avions réservé par erreur pour 2 mais nous étions 4 La chambre et la salle de bain du haut n’étaient pas nettoyées! Mais le logement comporte 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain et n’est pas forcément occupé par 1 couple il serait donc logique de nettoyer l’appartement dans son intégralité !

Lovely modern apartment in old building. Neat, kitchen has dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with pull -out couch made out stay comfortable.

When you have visitors or a delivery, the doorbell rings on the landlord’s phone and he can’t speak through the intercom to the person ringing the bell, which led to some frustration about receiving a delivery. It’s apparently a technical problem.
