About this apartment rental
Breath History when you step into one of the oldest buildings in town (it existed before the Duomo!) in a nice pedestrian street in San Lorenzo. A stylish, quiet, modern apartment, a mix of original vintage pieces and high tech items to offer you the highest level of comfort. Steps away from Santa Maria Novella train station, the Tramway to Florence airport, the bus to Pisa and Bologna airport.
We are pleased to offer you two large size beds (cm 170x200), one of the 2 can be divided into 2 singles, wooden base with ergonomic slats so you can adjust the slats according to your preference, providing you the support and comfort needed. Natural mattresses to let your body breath (Lympha is a new material, created by Olmo, consisting of new mixtures derived from plant extracts, and the mattress provides a comfortable and all-natural rest).
High quality pillows (choose between memory or cervical pillows), high quality cotton bed linens
Elegant duvet covers for the highest level of hygiene
Air conditioning, indipendent heating system, washing machine (we don't have a dryer but there is a drying rack in the apartment and there are two laundromats with big dryers within 2 minutes walk).
Soundproof windows, high speed unlimited, free wi-fi FTTH
Cable/wifi 32'' smart television (youtube included)
Bluetooth speakers, emergency lights, hair dryer, usb sockets to charge your devices, iron with iron board, sewing kit, Florence map and city guides.
Complimentary Olive Oil courtesy kit (made in Italy no sles and parabens free shampoo, conditioner and shower-gel, soap and shower cap)
Also complimentary tea and coffee, Italian espresso maker and american coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

This was a beautifully decorated, nicely appointed apartment near the Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The apartment is in an old building, but it has been remodeled with two full bedrooms and bats, plus a sleeping area in the living space. Working with Daniella was a dream and she was thoughtful, communicative and made the stay easy and wonderful.

Daniela is an absolute joy to communicate with. The apartment is in the heart of the central market area with restaurants and wine bars right at your front door. However, once you’re upstairs in the apartment you would never know it and you do not hear a thing. We loved having two bathrooms and utilized the washer and very large drying rack as we were midway in our trip. If we return to Florence, I would definitely try to stay at Daniel’s flat, it was very clean, fresh and organized. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Daniela communicated clearly with us before and during the stay. We had an early arrival before check in and she made it easy for us to leave our luggage in the apartment before heading to a museum. The apartment was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It is within walking distance of all of the major Florence museums and close to services such as supermarkets.
