Laguna Beach resort 2-projector loft room

Good location, inexpensive, clean, and quiet. The apartment is two-story, but the staircase to the second floor is not very convenient. We were a group of 5 people: two teenagers and three adults. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, including a kitchen with appliances, a table, a TV, a projector, a balcony, and a pool with slides. Great place!

The only downside is the staircase – it requires some agility!

It's a good distance from the beach and city for the jomtien area. The size of the room and balcony is very good. The convertible chair in the living room is very convenient. There are free towels, shampoo and brushes in the toilet. There were extra bedsheets. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Free parking space for us. The projector on the 2nd floor is so fancy. Fridge fully functional.

It was not clean, especially the toilet bowl. The extra bed upstairs is not comfy at all :( The aircondition upstairs does not seem to work. We put the temp at 16 - cool mode, but it still feels very hot and can't cover up the whole second floor. The aircon upstairs was the biggest issue, and we hope the owner would do something about this. There were cobwebs on the utensils, too :( The security guard of the condo scratched our car too :( Also note that the stairs are very steep, so they are not suitable for old people. The overall stay was fine since i am not really choosy, but the cleanliness really needs improvement. I think it is worth the money.
