Very clean apartment with huge pool. Away from the actions. 7/11 available at the ground level. There are restaurants at walkable distance . 5 mins walk to beach. 15 mins drive to Pattaya walking street.

We had some issues with guest from lower floor ( Russian couple ) coming in with building security at 12 am, complaining about noice from our floor. At the time our 3 kids with an infant were alone at the apartment. They went inside the apartment and scared the kids. The building security did nothing to stop them from entering inside the apartment without us adults present.

It is a completely standard apartment with necessary needs but without any specialties considering the price the landlord charges for this apartment for the stay. It was easy to communicate with the host. Check in and check out times and procedures were good. The area is good, 10 minutes walk to Jomtien beach, 7-eleven is in the area. Swimming pool is good. Atlantis Condo Resort is in a family friendly area, so not for party people. The party area is far away.

As I said, the rent for the apartment was too high/overvalued. I have rented apartments here at Atlantis Condo Resort several times before but have never paid such a high price. I had to book this apartment at the last minute because another accommodation I had booked before my arrival had problems. There are no proper kitchen utensils, pots, pans and crockery, everything there is old and some essentials are missing. The lid of the freezer compartment in the fridge is missing which makes it difficult to freeze ice and other food. It seems that people who have stayed at this apartment have left things that they bought for their needs and left them in the kitchen. Cleaning equipment is useless if you want to clean the apartment yourself.
