Everything was perfectly in order. Nice, clean and quite. Good location, minutes from the beach, restaurants and light shopping. This is a less congested area of Pattaya. The host is very responsive. I have no complaints.
No wifi with this booking, but it was mentioned in the booking; no surprise. You can get wifi from the property for a monthly cost of 990 thb. I only booked for a week, so I didn't utilize the service.
