We stayed for 4 weeks in this apartment which is in the Riviera Jomtien Beach Residence. Do not be put off by reviews you may read online of this apartment block. The reviews are of individual apartments. This apartment is beautiful. It is exactly like the photos, modern, spacious & clean. It is on the 33rd floor with views of the beach. The owner, Victor, is always happy to help and is only a phone call away plus he can organise a shuttle to and from Bangkok airport for you for around 1300 baht each way. POOLS: 3 pools, 2 infinity on the 37th & 42nd floors. The 3rd pool is on the ground floor of the second building and is by far the best pool, it is river like with bridges, trees and fauna, sunbeds & comfy couches. The pool is at the front of the hotel so only gets the sun until around 11.15am. GYM: There are 2 gyms, a large one on the 7th floor & a smaller one on the 42nd floor. Both contain a variety of equipment as well as floor space & are air conditioned, the only negative is that there is nothing to wipe down the equipment with before and after use so I would advise to take some anti-bac wipes. LOCATION: The location is the south end of Jomtien Beach which is the nicer and quieter end. The beach and swim areas here are the best & just a few mins walk from the back of hotel. The beach front is over 3 miles (6km) long and has an abundance of bars and restaurants. GETTING AROUND: Baht buses cost 10 baht per journey no matter how far you travel. Just flag one down by the roadside, press the buzzer to get off & pay the driver. SUPERMARKETS: The best supermarkets are The Big C Supercentre or Lotus's. Both are are set in shopping malls which contain other shops and market stalls as well a a food court. Both are 8-10 min drive from the apartment & costs under 100 baht via 'Bolt' which works the same as Uber, I would recommend downloading the Bolt app as a taxi will cost you around 3 times the Bolt price.

There was nothing we did not like but what may be helpful in the kitchen area is a couple of tea towels/dish drying cloths, a pair of kitchen scissors and a peeler.

Thanks to the owner, we had a great holiday! Gorgeous apartments, absolutely everything we needed, we found either in the apartment or asked the owner. Beautiful design of the apartment and the whole building. Everything is available nearby: shops nearby, the beach. We recommend it to everyone.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment! Excellent comfort and design, gorgeous panoramic sea views. There is everything for life, even a dishwasher and a drinking water purification system. A huge king size bed in the bedroom and a double comfortable sofa in the living room. We had a wonderful sleep - the curtains completely darken, the mattress, pillows and cotton linen for five stars! Huge TV in the living room and in the bedroom. The condominium itself is considered the best on Jomtien Beach. Premium pools, design! There is even a lounge! The beach is close at hand. Wonderful attitude of the owner and his manager Yuri! All requests were fulfilled, a lot of advice was given to us. We will definitely come here again.

We really enjoyed! Large new apartment on the 33rd floor with panoramic sea views! Wonderful expensive finish. Very comfortable bed, all appliances and even a dishwasher. There is a membrane purification of drinking water. Curtains block out sunlight. The condominium itself is apparently one of the best in Pattaya! everything is very beautiful, two infinity pools on the building and a huge pool on the territory. The beach is 300-400 meters away, a direct road leads there from the building. Many thanks to the owner for a great stay!
