The location is fantastic. Beachfront, 2 good and well maintained infinity pools, pool bar is good value, toilets clean, gym, security is very good. The apartment was great value and has amazing views of the coastline and islands. There are machines and shop for water and drinks and snacks. Good parking if you hire car or bike. Tommy the host is very helpful and will attend to every query very quickly and can give good local advice. The baht bus runs along the seafront so transport is immediately available for 15 baht and a 5-10 minute ride into town centre we felt very secure and looked after. Will stay again probably again.

Było czysto, cicho, bezpiecznie i w fajnej lokalizacji 😎 Tommy trochę zakręcony ale zrobił robotę pozytywnie 👍 Te nasze 10 punktów dla was to trochę na wyrost - ale nasz pobyt był udany więc … ☺️

Ten opis ocean view to lekka przesada W Europie opisujemy to jako „partly ocean view” bo okna są z boku budynku względem linii brzegowej 🥴 Ale nie będę się czepiał bo w tym apartamenciku tylko praktycznie spaliśmy …. Szkoda czasu w Pattaya na przebywanie w hotelu 🥳🤭🤣🤷‍♂️ Aaa Tommy ! - pomalujcie tę barierkę na balkonie bo wygląda strasznie 🤦‍♂️🤣🤣🤭 Jeszcze jedno - podajcie na bookingu dokładny adres i zdjęcie wjazdu do kompleksu bo lokalny taksówkarz i nawet wujek Google mieli problemy by do was trafić 😔

I stayed in Lumpini Park Beach Jomtien building B on floor 14 with a great swimming pool on floor 6. The apartment has a lot of facilities (like a fridge, microwave, water cooker, tv, good wifi, 2 airco’s) and many 7 elevens and other shops and restaurants nearby. Lumpini Park is well guarded and an easy pickup location for Grab.

The Park and Jomtien Beach is a bit outdated and there was a lot of road maintenance going. But Pattaya is nearby with its shopping malls and a lot of activity.
