Panos the owner is an extraordinary man, he will provide you with everything you need in the apartment.
As a minus, we were accommodated on the main road and there was street noise, but this can be resolved by talking to Panos.

just good enough for a one night stay. Host is very responsive and helpful on day of check in, and does make sure you find the place successfully and easily, so that's very good. Good location, walking distance to Kato Paphos, and easy one-bus transfer from airport. Clean premises and good AC.
Harsh towels and old harsh bed sheets on the main bed. Uncomfortable mattress and uncomfortable pillows, only one pillow per person. Host takes a long time to reply before the stay, but is very responsive on check in day, ignoring some of the questions. Not very secure, discovered backdoor was not locked.
