Yra privatus baseinas kieme, didelis mašinų parkingas šalia viešnagės. Malonus nuomininkai, kurie gyvena vienu aukštu aukščiau.
Papildomai mokama už elektros sunaudojimą visos viešnagės metu. Taip pat yra papildomi mygtukai norint įjungti karštą vandenį duše, kas kėlė papildomus nepatogumus kol prie to pripratom. Vaizdas pro langus buvo statybos, kurios veikia garsiai darbo valandomis.

Lielisks,mājīgs,skaists dzīvoklis ar visu nepieciešamo, kas nepieciešams lai paliktu kādu laiku..Loti laba lokācija,ja negrib staigāt ar kājām,blakus mājām autobusa pietura,netālu pārtikas veikals..pie mājām baseins ko var izmantot..jo pludmale nav tik tuvu un karstā laikā bija labi atvēsināties baseinā..ja sanāks būt Pafosā,noteikti noīrēsim atkal,jo viss ļoti patika.
Nebija nekas tāds kas nepatiktu..vienīgais kondicionieris ir par maksu,ja daudz lietojat.
