Budds Villa 1 By Khove

We absolutely loved our stay at Budds Villa! The location was perfect, with everything we needed within easy walking distance, including Surfers Paradise, supermarkets, the beach, and plenty of entertainment. Entry was easy with a door code provided to us before we arrived The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and well presented. There was also plenty of space for our family of nine, with enough room for everyone to have their own space without feeling crowded. Overall, we thought it was excellent value for money and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!Easy entry to the property with door code sent before our arrival

Only minor but some of the communication was a little confusing as messages received via email and whatsapp - all sorted easily enough though through Booking.com

Location was perfect for us and our stay. Cafe on the corner right next to property was great for brekkie. Plenty of space to relax in the house. Beds and accommodations were A1

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The laundry facilities were also excellent. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances.

The window behind the master bedroom bedhead knocks constantly in windy conditions, which can be disruptive at night. The outdoor area is wonderful for entertaining; however, the BBQ is quite small for a property that accommodates larger groups, so an upgrade would be beneficial. We also found that only two stove burners could be used comfortably at the same time, as larger pans didn’t fit well on adjacent burners. Additionally, some of the crockery was chipped and could do with replacing.

We were a family of 8 with 4 kids and 4 adults. We really enjoyed our stay as everything was organised before our arrival. We were entertained from the moment we stepped in. Good sized TV in family and all bed rooms. To our surprise there was also a PS4 which the kids enjoyed. Next to the Budd's Beach and Cafe. It was a very convenient stay. We overall had a great time. Felt like home. Thanks Khove team.
