Location was perfect, boys loved the walk to surfers for breaky after a big night out. Beds were comfy and rooms were big.
Cold water took a while to turn on, wifi doesn’t work at all even after I contacted the owner, I reset the modem and still didn’t work.

The place definitely was huge and in a beautiful location. Very spacious inside and was a good place for a group of friends to chill.
1. We were only advised upon checking in that multiple ACs were not working and many wall power outlets were also not working.
2. We were also advised upon checking in that some schoolies had caused some issues in the house the previous night.
3. Floors were sticky, across the house and the toilets had a remnant of vomit smell.
4. Stains on walls. Generally, disappointed with the level of cleanliness of the house.
5. Bed slits had fallen, and therefore the mattress was sinking in the middle.
