Soul Esplanade Beachfront - HR Surfers Paradise

Great views along this stretch of the Gold Coast, 3 bedroom unit with balconies either side, very practical layout to suit a family vacation. Very quiet up on the 30th floor, good quality glazing and aluminum joinery.

The room was a bit dated, cupboard doors didn't close properly, silly little tap handles with the odd one coming off the spindle

We had a fantastic stay, the accommodation was beautiful, with a sensational view and an absolutely brilliant location in the heart of Surfers Paradise. It’s the perfect place to stay if you love being right amongst the action, with food, entertainment, markets, coffee, drinks, buskers and people all around you, yet we couldn’t hear a thing from our room.

Location, and rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The lifts get very busy in peak times.

The view was incredible, the apartment was clean, beds extremely comfortable.

Property was advertise with parking and on keys it had a car parking spots for us however they were always taken. When I tried to contact the company no response, eventually I was told parking wasn’t their problem. The other parking numbers they had on the keys was actually a locked storage cage. The office to pick up the keys is 10mins from the hotel which isn’t a problem but the details to collect the keys given on 2pm we were 15mins early and we weren’t allowed to collect keys. So waiting on the street, the pull in zone has space for 2 cars and 10min waiting zone. Check out was at 10am but the text message we got that morning was that we had to drop keys back off at the Dropbox 10mins away before 10am. It is easier booking through hotel then you can keep your car there enjoy your day and hand keys in there saving driving 10mins away. We had a spa bath that didn’t work. Neighbours upstairs extremely noisy. Facilities are good however the spa is cold and the “heated pool” is also on the colder side.
