Spacious, very well equipped, great air con, clean, bright and quiet. Easy free parking a big bonus. Loredana is a great host who is accommodating and easily contactable. Really recommend this apartment

Nice safe neighborhood within walking distance of historic town..10 minutes. Beautiful apt, spacious, modern open concept, gorgeous decor, new building, nice big terrace. The apt is much more spacious than your regular apts in Italy. Cafes and market near walking less than 5 min. and parking for free right next door. Loredana hosted us and was very helpful in finding nice restaurants and guided towards nice beaches around. We loved the apt and loved Monopoli.

Lovely clean unit. Host was friendly and accomodating.
The air conditioner just didn’t work properly our room was hot the entire time we were there which made sleeping uncomfortable
