Eyes on the sea - Suite deluxe vista mare

Spotlessly clean. If you're considering staying in Monopoli book this apartment. We arrived by car and didn't have a problem finding free parking. Great location for supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The historic centre is 10 to 15 minutes walk where you're spoilt for choice for dining. Perfect host, very helpful, we were met for our checkin, which was nice.. All in all a great experience, don't even consider staying anywhere else.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Everything. It was adorable, well decorated and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. It would be a perfect honeymoon apartment with the gorgeous view and the four poster bed overlooking the city and the sea. We woke to a beautiful sunrise and had breakfast on the terrace. Lorendana is a perfect host and communicates by WhatsApp and Google Translate so we had no problems, the building is owned by her family and is clean, modern and secure and she is close by should you need anything. I would not stay anywhere else in Monopoli and as long as you don’t mind a 10 or so minute walk to the old town you can avoid all the hustle and bustle and still see everything. It looks exactly like the picture shown - only better!

Nothing

This is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever rented. It is spacious, bright, beautifully furnished and equipped and very comfortable. The views from the large windows and the balcony are superb as the apartment is on one of the higher floors. The air conditioning worked very well during a very hot period. Everything is modern and works well in the bathroom and compact kitchen, though the air fryer and electric hot plate were a bit tricky to operate at first. The attractive, modern building is very secure and the elevator to the apartment is modern and feels safe. The access to the apartment itself is also very secure. The friendly owner greeted us in person and answered any questions and messages very promptly. The neighbourhood feels very safe and pleasant to walk through. The apartment is more conveniently located than might seem from a glance at the map; we travelled by train and it is a few minutes walk from the railway station, bus stop for FS services to Alberobello and Polignano a Mare, a good supermarket, pharmacy and other local shops and services. There appeared to be plenty of car parking nearby. The modern shopping area of the town is about 10 minutes walk away and the edge of the historic centre is a further 5 minutes beyond that. We felt so comfortable here that we sometimes hardly felt that we needed to go out!

I have tried but I can’t think of anything negative!

Lovely clean unit. Host was friendly and accomodating.

The air conditioner just didn’t work properly our room was hot the entire time we were there which made sleeping uncomfortable
