- location is very good if you're planning to go to the beach. Otherwise, it's a 20 min walk to the city center - variety of shops nearby (excellent salumeria, good focacceria and a decent supermarket) - it might have been listed recently but some things are already worn out or look bad. For example, we avoided to sit on the couch.. - it has a big, nice balcony except it cannot be used as there is no table/chairs - although a coffee maker and a washing machine are available, no minimum coffee pods or detergent is provided - cleanliness is something that must be improved greatly (bathroom and kitchen especially). We kindly asked extra attention to the floor cleaning as we have a crawling baby. Our socks turned black and dirty after 5 minutes of walking in the apartment so we had to start cleaning ourselves.. - the apartment is facing a busy street so it gets really noisy even in the evening however, this wasn't a problem for us as we're used to it - the apartment has exterior blackout shades which were essential for us, not only for keeping the extreme heat during the day out but also helping during baby's naps Overall, it would have been a much better experience if the apartment would have been spotless.

A wonderful, modern apartment just a stone's throw from the center of Monopoli. The place is spacious and comfortable, you’d find there almost everything you need. Looks exactly the same as on pictures. The host is very friendly and helpful, responds quickly to the issues. Overall recommended!

The apartment was very modern with new kitchen appliances. Our host (Peppe) accommodated our late arrival (03:00) and explained everything we neede tod know. Complimentary coffee/sugar/shampoo/conditioner. The location was perfect for us, a 20 minute walk from the historical centre of Monopoli
