The apartment is very nice, everything new, well maintained. The blinds left the apartment completely dark, we slept more than we should everyday, lol. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes walk from the historic center, calmer, easy parking, grocery store very close and also bakery, bar and ice cream in less than 3 minutes walk. The host is available for any help.

Es ist eine sehr moderne, saubere und gut gelegene Wohnung! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Sollten wir nochmal nach Monopoli kommen, werden wir mit Sicherheit erneuter Wohnung mieten!
Ein Staubsauger wäre super gewesen, so bekommt man den Kies nach dem Strand besser aus der Wohnung. Zudem wäre ein Wasserkocher für die Ausstattung noch sinnvoll. Jedoch ist dies wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit und nicht zwingend notwendig.

The property is situated close to the historic city center and offers ample parking. The apartment features a spacious design with large beds, air conditioning, and two balconies. Nearby amenities include a grocery store, a playground, and several cafes. Without a fully functional kitchen, I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay, but it’s suitable for shorter visits.
The kitchen was poorly stocked, with only basic cutlery and no knives, and the coffee maker was broken. There was not even a pinch of salt, so cooking would have needed significant creativity. The biggest letdown was receiving just two rolls of toilet paper for three people over five days. I also find it confusing that check-out is at 10am while check-in is at 4pm. Although this aligns with international standards, it's hard to believe that cleaning took six hours, especially given the mess under the beds.

Pobyt se nám všem velmi líbil, apartmán byl nový, čistý, příjemně zařízený, komfortní pro 4 osoby. Lokalita byla blízko moře a v dobré dostupnosti do centra města. Ideální místo pro podnikání výletů a poznávání Apulie.
Jedinou slabinou byl večerní problém s parkováním.
