The best part of this property was Stefano the landlord. He was friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. He was always on the lookout for a parking spot for us which became very helpful sometimes. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was fine. There was a washing machine if needed, coffee machine. When we arrived, Stefano had left us some focaccia and home-made wine. The location was also good being only a five minute walk to the historic centre and too many restaurants and cafes. There was a delicatessen across the road and a supermarket around the corner. Would happily stay here again.

Close to historic centre, very good, clean facilities, wonderfully helpful host, parking nearby surprisingly easy, great nearby salumerie and groceries.

The property is in a great location and has everything you might need for any length of stay. Very well equipped apartment finished to a very high standard. Very clean throughout and a lift for easy access to all floors. Stefano (the host) is one of a kind. Friendly, professional and on hand at all times. The freshly baked focaccia on arrival was a very kind gesture too. Monopoli was the perfect base to explore more of Puglia.
