Our vacation apartments (22 to 48 square meters, 1 living/bedroom, 1 bedroom; max. 4 adults and one child in a travel crib) are situated in a very quiet and natural setting between Granitz and Lake Neuensien, and only about 4 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. Here you’ll also find the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea.
The small village of Lancken-Granitz, where our vacation complex is located, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. We are especially well-suited for families and nature lovers!
Our vacation apartments are furnished in a modern and comfortable style and offer Wi-Fi internet access. The complex features a large lawn for sunbathing, seating and barbecue areas with patio furniture, and friendly chickens. Our garden is home to fruit trees, flowers, herbs, and vegetables. As a special treat, you can watch us make honey (from our own bees) and, of course, taste it! Fresh eggs from happy chickens are also part of what we offer.
Upon your arrival, fresh towels will be waiting for you, and the beds will already be made with linens. You’ll find further details in the detailed description of the vacation apartment.
A parking space is available right next to the house. There is a covered area to store any bicycles you bring with you. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request. The public transit bus stop is approximately 900 meters away.
5.1. Gelber Richard Vacation Apartment:
This two-room apartment is located on the first floor and measures approximately 48 square meters. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child in a travel crib and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. This apartment also features Wi-Fi internet access and a telephone line.
The living room features a comfortable sofa with a table, an armchair, and a TV. There is also a dining table with seating.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe.
The small kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator.
The couch in this apartment can be converted into a bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. A small travel crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with linens.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
This ground-floor apartment also features a terrace with patio furniture and a view.
