About this apartment rental

The apartment over two floors can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a separate entrance. In Erdegschoss is a separate, modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, and sufficient crockery and cutlery.
A living room with sofa, dining table, satellite TV and DVD player. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet.
Upstairs are the two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
A baby travel bed with bedding / blanket and a high chair can be booked if required.
The apartment has a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The apartment has a parking space on the property. The tourist tax in Lancken-Granitz is € 1.00 per night in April and September, and € 1.50 per night per person over the age of 18 from May to August. The Kurkarten are issued upon arrival by the landlord and settled on the spot. Our apartment is on the day of arrival from 14:00 clock available and must be left on the day of departure at 10:00 clock.

We stayed for a long weekend with our dog. The house is located close to beautiful walking paths. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Urlaub, zum Kochen und Wohnen benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich und daher auch gut für Hunde geeignet. Man erreicht alles innerhalb von ein paar Minuten, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr nett. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen, Handtücher lagen bereit und auch Toilettenpapier und Spülmaschinentabs gab es. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen herrlichen Blick über Felder. Wirklich entspannend. Die Betten sind auch gut. Ich hatte zwar etwas Rückenprobleme, aber da ich Probleme mit der Bandscheibe habe, ist das bei mir schon normal. Die Lattenroste kann man bei Bedarf in der Härte einstellen. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und unser Vierbeiner war willkommen. Er sollte nur nicht ins Bett. Daran haben wir uns gehalten. Ist unser Hund aber auch gewohnt. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Im Bad gibt es Fußbodenheitung, das war sehr angenehm. Wenn wir uns etwas wünschen dürften, wäre das ein Rollo im Bad. Das war etwas unangenehm, da man doch von draußen rein schauen kann. Auch, wenn das Fenster nicht klar ist. Dann wäre eine Antirutschmatte in der Dusche schön. Dann wäre ein SmartTV schön, damit man sich bei den auch zu Hause genutzten Plattformen anmelden kann. Das ist aber natürlich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Der Fernseher hat 1 HDMI Anschluss frei. Es kann also zum Beispiel ein TV Stick angeschlossen werden. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt. Hier kann man herrlich ruhige und entspannte Tage verbringen.
