The apartment is on the 1st Floor with large balcony.
It has 2 bedrooms, (lower area double bed + upper open area 3 single beds) with shower room, kitchenette (fully equipped), dining area, couch (sofa bed), TV + radio
Pure relaxation with a healthy island climate, pure sea air, mild temperatures and plenty of hours of sunshine. Make your stay an unforgettable experience. Relax, relax, no hassle. Here you will find fascinating natural beauties.
Our house is idyllically located below the Granitz hunting lodge, between the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin. Plenty of open space to linger (1.5 ha), rest and relax. Garden, large playground and soccer field, garden furniture, beach chair, barbecue area, parking spaces in front of the house, traffic-free location in the middle of nature.
The location is an ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes. You can set off or hike directly from us. Of course, you can also simply relax on our spacious facility and enjoy nature.
No matter if you are traveling alone, with family, with friends or as a group. Dogs are welcome. We are looking forward to your visit!

Sehr nette Gastgeber,haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt.Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und etwas abgeschieden, war für uns Ideal zum Erholen war. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würde sie jederzeit empfehlen, weil sie auf dem großen Grundstück sich austoben können. Wir mussten unsere Reise um einen Tag verkürzen,was sehr sehr schade war. Immer wieder gerne würden wir diese Wohnung buchen.

Wir haben einen rundherum wunderschönenschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Amaddio verbracht.
Es war alles sehr persönlich und freundlich, was schon mit der Begrüßung und der Vorstellung der Wohnung begann.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, es war alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Selbst Haken für Jacken und Handtücher gab es in jedem Raum zur Genüge (ich habe sonst immer welche im Gepäck 😅).
Der optionale Brötchenservice am Morgen war perfekt für uns, so gab es immer frische Brötchen, ohne dass wir auslosen mussten, wer dran ist mit dem Holen.
Besonders toll sind die Lage und das Grundstück: Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, es befindet sich in Waldrandnähe am Ende einer Sackgasse.
Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und bietet für jeden etwas: einen Spielplatz für die ganz Kleinen, diverse Kettcars, eine Feuerstelle, ein Volleyball-/Badmintonnetz, Fußballtore, Liegen zum Entspannen und Sitzplätze zum gemütlichen Beisammensein. Letzteres haben wir auch an einem der Abende genossen, als wir draußen frische Lasagne (vom Sohn der Familie zubereitet) aßen. Dazu gab es noch gute Livemusik von einer Band, die in der kleinen Hütte, in dem auch noch ein Tischkicker und eine Dartscheibe zum Spielen einladen, probte.
Es war so schön, dass wir bald schon wieder dort sind.

Super nette Gastgeber. Brötchenservice und sogar Abendbrot möglich (vom Gastgeber selbst gekocht) tolles Gelände für Kinder. Gute Lage, alles auf Rügen gut zu erreichen. Danke für die tolle Zeit
