Located directly on Lake Neuensien in an idyllic, quiet setting, the “Fischerhaus” is part of the “Ferienpark Seedorf.” Our cozy vacation apartment 11, featuring a spacious living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, offers plenty of room for the whole family (4 people).
Abundant natural light, stylish furnishings, and a sunny balcony make this Rügen vacation rental a haven for a relaxing getaway. For cozy afternoons spent reading and evenings spent together, the living room is furnished with a couch, recliners, a TV with a DVD (Blu-ray) player, and a stereo system. Of course, you’ll also have free Wi-Fi access.
To make self-catering convenient, the kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a two-burner stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
On the upper level of the vacation rental, you can access the separate bedroom with a double bed and another separate bedroom with a bunk bed via the loft. Our younger guests especially love the latter. Alternatively, the couch in the living room can be used as a sleeper sofa.

General Information: The apartment is fully tiled, making it very hygienic. The vacation complex features a lockable bike storage room and a laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer. A free parking space is available for your car. You’re also welcome to bring your pet by arrangement (for a fee). The vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor/attic level.

The “Ferienpark Seedorf” is located in the Sellin district of Neuensien in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen—about 5 km from the center of Sellin.
Nearby lies the former fishing village of Seedorf (also a district of Sellin), which has retained its idyllic charm despite some new construction. Recommended restaurants, the idyllic fishing and yacht harbor, and Rügen’s beautiful natural landscape invite you to relax here.
The resort features a children’s playground, a table tennis table, a soccer field, and a foosball table. Attractions and cultural events in the immediate vicinity ensure plenty of variety during your vacation on Rügen.
What could be better than packing your swimwear after a vacation breakfast and heading out for a sunny day at the beach? The shuttle service to Sellin is free for you with the visitor’s card. The local bus stop is right in front of the vacation park; in Sellin, you can either walk to the beach or take the free beach train.
The hiking and biking trails are also particularly popular; some of them run along the water’s edge into the nature-protected hinterland of Mönchgut.

Im allgemeinen sauber ,gemütlich,wohnlich.
Leider Kommunikation mit der Agentur in Rügen und deren Mitarbeiter waren nicht so angenehm.
Es war kein Internetempfang möglich da uns falsche Zugangsdaten gesendet wurden,sehr unfreundliche und patzige Mitarbeiterin bei Nachfrage und Bezahlung der Kurtaxe.
Kleinere mängel vorhanden:
(Kopfkisse ware schon sehr verschlissen und abgeschmiert.
Toilettenbürste lößte sich in ihre Bestandteile auf)
defekte Schranktüre.
