We offer you family-run and individually furnished holiday flats of various sizes and a bungalow in a direct location on Lake Sellin in the Baltic seaside resort of Sellin. The famous Sellin pier and the Baltic Sea beach with its fine white sand are only a 10-minute walk away. On the way there, numerous restaurants, bars and cafés in Wilhelmstraße invite you to linger.the holiday home is only approx. 50 m from Lake Sellin.
The flats are modern and cosily furnished and leave nothing to be desired: all windows are fitted with electric shutters on the outside and have pleated blinds on the inside. The floors are laid with Vinylan. The walls were given a rustic textured plaster finish or non-woven wallpaper in the bedrooms and corridors and the ceilings were partially clad with wooden panelling. All bathrooms have underfloor heating and are fitted with high-quality ceramics and a glass shower. Each flat has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen and a wood-burning stove. SAT-TV is available in the living rooms and bedrooms. A WLAN connection is also available.
The flat has a balcony overlooking the garden - just 50 metres from Lake Sellin.
There is a washing machine room for communal use. Here you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer with coin-operated machine. A car parking space is available for this flat on the property and the in-house sauna with relaxation room has been inviting you to relax since September 2013.
