• For shared use by all vacation apartments, 1 washing machine and 1 dryer are available on the neighboring property for a fee (coin-operated machine; 50-cent coins are required).
• One iron and one ironing board are also available for shared use.
• Baby equipment (travel crib, high chair) is available for 3 guests at the vacation rental complex. Please reserve these items in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is permitted only under constant supervision and with someone present (risk of fire and explosion).
• Guests may use the DSL Wi-Fi internet access free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the vacation rental guaranteed under travel law. Consequently, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system, parts thereof, or a router.
Vacation rental (No. 7) on the first floor of the annex is equipped as follows.

• 1 combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (which can be separated by a curtain), a new seating area, a new dining area, and a new kitchenette with two hot plates.
• 1 terrace
• 1 parking space (No. 7)
The Rubert House, with its 7 vacation apartments, is located in Zinnowitz, close to the beach and the town center.
• Various floor plans, ranging from 1-room to 3-room apartments, are available, each accommodating 2 to 5 people.
• Some of the ground-floor apartments feature partially covered terraces, while the upper-floor apartments each have spacious balconies.
• In the upper-floor apartments (Apartments 4–6), one dog per apartment is permitted if booked in advance. There is an additional charge of 5 euros per night for a dog. The final cleaning fee is also increased by 30 euros.
• Guests may make free calls to German landlines and use the DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi at no charge (service not guaranteed in the event of a router failure).
We ask for your help in conserving energy (heating, electricity, water) to protect the climate and conserve resources.
