A very nice 2-room apartment on about 50 m² is waiting for you. Ideal for 2 people who want to spend their holidays alone or with a toddler up to 3 years. Very well equipped, with all the details that promise a carefree holiday, it is centrally located, yet quiet, with free Wi-Fi. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the center. The rent includes the costs for electricity, water, heating, parking, bike shed, 2 bicycles, carts and WLAN. Bed linen and towels (linen package) you can rent or bring. The villa is located in a side street, exudes the charm of the spa style and was extensively renovated in 2004 and 2018. Another person can spend the night in the living room on the pull-out couch. The basic price of the apartment refers to 2 people. The extra bed surcharge will be charged for each additional person, including one child up to the age of 3 years. Consumption costs are included in the price.
