Welcome to Margarete:
This modern and lovingly furnished two-room apartment, approximately 50 square meters in size, is an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and quiet—and for those who can’t sit still. Situated a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort, on the edge of the dune forest, you’re still just a few steps away from the pier, a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, movie theater, theater, and library. And in just a few minutes, you can reach Zinnowitz Beach and the promenade via a small forest path right in front of the house.
Of course, Wi-Fi access is also available.
At the same time, nearly unlimited hiking and biking trails begin right at your doorstep. Two bicycles are available free of charge so you can explore the island’s beauty. If you arrive with your own bikes, there’s plenty of space for them in the bike shed. You’ll also find a handcart for your trips to the beach.
Next to the living room with its integrated kitchen, you’ll find the bedroom, furnished with a double bed. If you’re traveling with a toddler, a travel crib is available free of charge. Please bring your own bedding for the travel crib if needed.
You can park your car in the separate (free) parking lot. The Zinnowitz tennis courts are nearby and invite you to play a casual or competitive match.

Zinnowitz – Margarete Apartment:
A charming 2-room apartment, not far from Zinnowitz’s Baltic Sea beach. Next to the living room with an open kitchen, you’ll find the bedroom, furnished with a double bed. If you’re traveling with a small child, a travel crib is available free of charge. Please bring your own bedding for the travel crib if needed.

You can park your car in the separate (free) parking lot. The Zinnowitz tennis courts are nearby and invite you to play a casual or competitive match.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a roughly 100-year-old building that was completely renovated in the spa-town style and has since been fully modernized. It is ideal for 2–3 people who want to spend their vacation alone or with a toddler up to 3 years old. The well-equipped, non-smoking vacation apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious closet, and the option to set up a crib. The living-dining room has a spring-core sofa bed for an additional sleeping option.
The spacious south-facing balcony is perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying breakfast.
And should it get a bit cooler on the island, the apartment is fully equipped with modern underfloor heating that provides cozy warmth even after rugged, windy hikes by the sea.
The kitchenette is modern and equipped with everything you need. You also have access to an electric espresso maker.
The base rental price for the apartment is based on 2 people. An extra bed fee applies for each additional person, including children up to 3 years of age. Utilities are included in the price. A crib with accessories can be provided free of charge.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can use the on-site service and book this as an add-on. In that case, your beds will already be made upon arrival.
