About this villa rental
We look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable and child-friendly vacation rental 09 at Villa Beethoven in beautiful Zinnowitz! The apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 adults and is the perfect home for music-loving vacationers—a private piano is available for your use!
Thanks to its ground-level access and covered terrace, the vacation apartment is ideal for seniors and families with small children. A free parking space is also included.
In addition, we provide two 26-inch bicycles for your use. A lockable shed is available for your own bicycles so you can store them safely.
Wi-Fi and all utilities are already included in the price. Laundry packages are mandatory and included in the final price.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
In addition, a security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded after you have returned the property in good condition.

Apartment 9, Rear Building:
The spacious living area welcomes you with a cozy couch that can also be converted into a comfortable sofa bed if needed. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV, a small library, a round dining table for four, and the special highlight—a piano. The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and offers plenty of space for your clothes, including an ironing board. In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. The bathroom is always well-ventilated thanks to the exterior window.
Enjoy the sunny south-facing location in the covered atrium, which is furnished with cozy patio furniture. The adjacent lawn is for your private use and is perfect for relaxing.
Please note that a security deposit of 150 EUR must be paid in addition to the final payment.
Zinnowitz is centrally located on the island of Usedom, making it the perfect starting point for excursions throughout the island. Look forward to eventful days in the center of Zinnowitz or on the fine-sand beach. You can explore the island and travel all the way to Poland on the National Park Railway.
