This home is furnished to an impeccable standard and maintained with love and care. Here you can relax and unwind from busy days out at the parks or shopping sprees at the outlets. Take a swim in the pool, spend some time in the spa or enjoy lovely conversation under the private lanai. The kitchen is welcoming and has everything you need for the entire family to gather for delicious home cooked meals. The game room is large and supplied with a pool table and air hockey table and foosball so everyone can join in on the fun! Your vacation will be filled with many memorable moments spent at this villa. Guests have the option of heating the private West facing pool and spa for a daily charge.
Windsor Palms Resort is a 5 star, guard-gated resort which is conveniently located to all of the fabulous parks in Orlando, including Disney World and Universal Studios - both within a short drive of the resort. The area is a golfer's delight with great golf courses near the resort including the superb championship courses of Reunion and Champions Gate.
Windsor Palms Resort Community features include: a community swimming pool with hot tub and kiddie pool, a clubhouse with a tiki bar, video games room, fitness center, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, children's playground along with picnic areas, and small convenience store.

No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community.
Commercial Vehicles:
1. Definition of a commercial vehicle is any combination of three (3) criteria listed below:
2. Vehicle has a curb vehicle weight over 5,800 lbs or 6,800 lbs gross weight
3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow:
4. Plowing
5. Lift other vehicles
6. Lift gate
7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc.
8. Tow hitches, bars or arms
9. Vehicle has commercial tags
10. Vehicle owned by a company
11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information
12. Vehicle has ladder racks
13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes
14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine
16. Vehicle has dual axles
17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing
b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered
i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping.
c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.
