When you’re ready to escape the daily grind of work life to relax, we’re here for you. Arrive parking your car in the driveway. Walk inside, kick off your shoes, pour your favorite drink, head out to the pool deck to relax and take in the sunshine and relaxation. Leave the stresses of life and your working world behind. Pool heating optional fee. We are about 15-min to Disney (path dependent) 5 min to shopping & many restaurants. The smart place for your next Kissimmee Orlando Disney visit! Four Corners Friendly!

• Community has Olympic size pool kept at 80f+ year round; tiki bar-and-grill, snack shop, kids splash zone, spa, snack shop, theater, arcade, volleyball, tennis, basketball.
• Private pool w/optional heating $37/day minimum 3 consecutive days
• 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Masters has an ensuite bathrooms
• Sleeps 8 (on beds)
• Disney (7.0 miles) Sea World (9.8 miles) Universal (19.7 miles)
• Orlando Convention Center (9.2 miles) Legoland (32.2 miles)

Disney: Their private road entrance is approximately 15-minutes from the house. From there it depends on the park; add 15 minutes for Magic Kingdom but you will be following Disney signs at this point. Pro-Tip: Consider Uber …. Skip the parking fee and the drive back after a long day in the park.
Universal: 25 Minutes
Seaworld/Orange County Convention Center: 22 minutes
Kennedy Space Center: 1.5 hours (used I-4 east to SR-417 north, to SR 528 east … follow signs to KSC)
Cocoa Beach … about the same as Kennedy Space Center and same route
Legoland: 30 miles/49 minutes (add 10 for traffic signals on Hwy 27).
HOUSEKEEPING: Cleaning is done prior to arrival. Mid-stay cleans available at extra charge. Before check-in, house is cleaned by a professional housekeeping service company and inspected to ensure top quality.

We all had a wonderful 5-week stay. The pool is on the south side and it was sunny all day. But we were disappointed that the spa was more like a kiddie pool, it didn't function like a hot tub. The microwave was broken and we were told it needed to be replaced, never happened.
