Our wonderful, 5-star pool home is fully refurbished and conveniently located in Kissimmees #1 secure gated resort, Windsor Palms. You are minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World and perfectly positioned for all other major attractions.
You will be within reach of championship golf courses, endless shopping malls, restaurants along with the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts offering some of the finest beaches in the world.
There is nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of space including 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (more than almost all other nearby villas) and is fully air-conditioned in two zones, with brand new air pumps. Our home has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests & is perfect for family groups.
In addition to a brand new two-zone central air-conditioning system, all of the main guest bedrooms come with ceiling fans for extra comfort.
In addition, you will find a game room and 2 large lounge areas. Our wonderful villa also comes complete with a 55 flat-screen HD/LCD TV, a 42 hi-def LCD TV, flat-screen TVs & DVD players, PlayStation & X-Box 360, & more! The Princess and Cars rooms feature themed TVs with built-in DVD players to make the experience complete.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
