1. The home has 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs.
2. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included. An outdoor grill is available for rent through our management company.
3. Located in a gated community with 24-hour security guard service. Your safety is always our top priority.
4. Spacious kitchen with a large island.
5. A full bathroom with a shower is located next to the swimming pool (most homes in the area only have a half bathroom).
6. Two portable travel cribs, a high chair, and two umbrella strollers are provided.
7. Complimentary early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the schedule.
8. Conveniently located about one mile from Walmart and other shopping areas.
9. Professionally managed property with 24-hour guest support during your stay.
10. Pool & Spa Heat: Pool heating is optional and costs $15–$20 per day depending on the season. The swimming pool and hot tub (spa) are connected and share the same heating system, so they are heated together. The spa cannot be heated separately, and spa heat requires activating the pool heat option.
This Hannah's Vacation house is located at Windsor Palms( 5 star resort communities near Disney). The amenities include a luxury club house with pool tables, table tennis, a gym, an Olympic-size pool, a volleyball court, floodlit tennis and basketball courts, picnic and barbecue areas, and 60 Seat Movie Theater. Shuttle service is available to all major attractions in the area.
It has a large, vaulted family room to relax in during the day or evening, with queen sleeper sofas, lamps, a large-screen TV, Free Wifi. If you want to relax, step into the crystal-clear waters of the private pool, heat up in the spa adjacent to the pool or sit together for a family al-fresco meal together. Safety has been carefully considered with a child safety fence.
This house has 3 bedrooms /3 full bathrooms at downstairs and 3 bedrooms/1 full bathroom upstairs.
Every room has a TV, clock/radios and closet space. Among the 3 bedrooms downstairs, two master bedrooms have the luxury of a king-size beds and own private en-suite bathrooms. The third downstairs bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed. There is a full bathroom by the pool. The upstairs 1st bedroom is the 'junior' master with a king-sized bed. The upstairs 2nd bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed (with a full-size double below and a twin on the top bunk).

The host was very accommodating. House was very nice good location. Enjoyed the pool and a quick drive to any of the parks. Checkin and check out were both simple. Would definitely stay again

Our stay was amazing. The property was nice if you have a family gathering this house is perfect for you would stay again. Bonus if you have small kids, this house is equipped with infant toddler stuff.

Host tried to be helpful but property manager terrible. Problems we had:Inside Lock to inside/outdoor bathroom and shower is brokenGuests shouldn’t have to adjust water heater.Pool and hot tub should have been warm and ready the evening we arrived. Hosts repeatedly asked that we send her pics of controls for pool and hot tub at night. Had to use phone light did not see outdoor lighting for that area.No bath mats. No place to hang towels to dry after bathing. Circular towel rings do not let towels dry enuf for a second use. Really should have been more towels for a family of 14.TVs in bedrooms are too tiny to watch they are more the size of a laptop screen. Wifi didn’t work well upstairs, and actually downstairs either but we could get the den tv wifi working after a bit.Beeping smoke alarm: Notified host that smoke alarm was beeping. Was asked to remove battery and reinstall. Host Advised that property manager would come and check it out and then that the manager stayed for 10 mins but smoke alarm did not beep. I Could not even reach smoke alarm but said I would send a video to host all night as it was beeping. Eventually got chairs and removed smoke alarms and put them on the patio table.. Property mngr is awful. Kept telling host that tub and pool heaters were working when they were not. We never saw the property manager. We were asked to take pictures of the controls when clearly the water was not
