Welcome to your magical vacation home in Orlando!
It will definitely be a perfect fit for you, your family, your friends, everyone!
The house is located inside Windsor Palms Resort, with all comfort to have the best vacations ever!
Can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
The house is fully air-conditioned and comes along with a pool, SPA, TV in every room, pool table, baby cribs and much more!
- The neighborhood -
The house is located on the wonderful Windsor Palms Resort community, you'll be close to all of the theme parks and attractions - but you'll also be able to enjoy the amenities and luxuries that this family pool home has to offer.
All guests can access, use and enjoy all of the resort's areas for FREE.
- The space -
The private pool and SPA can be heated for an additional cost of $40 dollars per day, with a minimum of 5 days in a row. Please request it at least 3 days in advance.
The house offers a complete structure of kitchen, table and bath to welcome you. (All towels and linens are included).
Included basic products so your first day is not a struggle. A small welcome kit with toilet paper in every bathroom, hand soap in every bathroom and trash bin liner in every bin.
Private parking at the doorstep and completely free.
Child-Friendly Environment - The house features guarded fence for the pool, alarm on the doors and is totally flat with no steps and stairs.
We accept delivery - If you feel like ordering something to eat or even do online shopping, we happily accept your purchases on the Resort's front desk.

Eletronic Key System - With our keyless system, you'll be able to enjoy the most of your vacation with more convenience and no worries! No need to pick-up or drop-off the keys, everything is electronic and simple.

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for Disney and Universal. Our only con is that they hot tub was not hot and heating of pool and hot tube were included in our fees. We would rent again.

The house was very clean and roomy for all of us. Our biggest issues were the fact we paid extra for use of the SPA which was not at all working the first night. We tried to contact both the owner and the management company but being as it was after hours no one responded until Saturday. The management company did not contact us at all though we left messages. They claim that it was working we just need to wait for it to warm up. My husband is a GC and I am an architect we design and build houses everyday. The compressor to the spa was not turning on. We waited 3 hours it did not warm up at all. Conveniently after we complained it was working on Saturday and the compressor was turning on. It still took over an hour to get warm. THIS WAS THE REASON WHY WE PICKED THIS HOUSE OVER OTHERS. Also none of the TV's had cable, or anything making watching the olympics impossible. The owner of the home emailed us the WIFI information but the WIFI network name was wrong. After trying the MANY names that showed up with the password provided we were able to get on. There was no dish soap and no information on the house "manual" to explain whether or not we should wash the plates and pans we used so we didn't. Hopefully I don't get an excess charge for that. It would be nice to get partial credit for the SPA not working the first night but I doubt that would happen. I won't stay here again because it would have been nice to have a working SPA immediately and the TV's not working is a NO GO for me (thank god for HULU via IPHONE). I also would recommend the owner providing dish soap in the future.
