Come relax on our huge, private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views of Lemon Bay while watching the dolphins and boats go by. King bed, queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress, 55" smart TV with cable, WIFI internet, electric fireplace, dishwasher and washer/dryer in our newly remodeled unit.
Direct gulf beach access is a one minute walk, across the street. Walking distance to 5 local restaurants, shops, boat, jet ski and kayak rentals and beautiful Stump Pass Beach State Park.
No pets or smoking allowed. Parking for 1 or 2 cars available. Rentals are 1 week minimum. New owners are very motivated to rent with reduced 024 rates.
Monthly rental for January, February and March.

We loved staying on the bay. We had a great view out our living room window. And it was just a short walk to the beach.

I have stayed in this building before. I love it here. Close to the ocean and a few restaurants.
