We are welcoming guests post Hurricane Milton! Brand New Dock in 2025! 1st floor, open floor plan, unit. This unit overlooks beautiful Lemon Bay and the included boat dock. Less than two minute walk to the Gulf Beach and just steps away from the heated swimming pool and the island's best restaurants!
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO
This property is a newly updated one bedroom, one bathroom unit that has been beautifully maintained. The master bedroom features a king size bed and free streaming TV. You can comfortably sleep four with the use of our pullout queen size sofa.
The kitchen is fully functional with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the kitchenware necessary for cooking a feast or mixing up your favorite refreshments.
If you decide not to dine on the lanai, our living area also includes a table that comfortably dines four people. This unit comes with free streaming TV and WIFI access. The complex also has a laundry room. Take advantage of the abundant storage spaces, throughout the unit, to make for an uncluttered stay.

We stayed for a week over Memorial Weekend. We brought our boat. The location is perfect for everything you could possibly want to do by water and or walking. Dockage is wide and great for your boat. Check in was easy and communication was even better. Strongly recommend! Will defiantly be back.

This is a great place to spend a week of vacation. The condo was clean and already stocked with some of the basic needs (beach and bath towels, sheets, blankets, hand soap, dish soap, TP, laundry soap and dryer sheets, even some books to read and games to play). Easy access to the Gulf, a swimming pool, and on-site laundry facilities (bring some quarters for that). The location is great as you can easily walk on the beach, to four or five restaurants, down to Stump Pass, and even to a boat rental place where you can rent a kayak or a pontoon. The area is family friendly and relaxed. Would recommend!

Relaxing week with teens who like to fish and parent who like beach activities. The condo has everything you need. Nice restaurants in the area.
