About this house rental
Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. The Villa's are only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 2 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group. There is a share washer and dryer plus an ice machine for your use.
"Villa Janet" and "Villa Jack" are 1 bedrooms w/pull-out couch (they both have king beds) and 1 bath (sleeps 4). Each unit has its own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture and grill. We also have for your enjoyment: Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The beds are very comfortable and the beach is right there! 6 restaurants are all within walking distance. The Marina has boat rentals if you so desire. We also have a community golf cart, "Stumpy's" that is free and you can just call and they will pick you up. Thursdays are our weekly farmer's market on Dearborn Street. Many places to enjoy! We also have an outdoor shower for your use.
Each unit also has a hose next to it for you to rinse prior to entering your Villa. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for your use, please rinse them when you are done as the salt water can be harsh on them.

I loved how they had all of the daily essential stuff provided and out for me to use. They provide the same amenities I would if I was hosting. Didn’t have to dig for my toothbrush or shampoo when all I wanted to do is crash for the night then hit the beach once I get there.
Thanks for the shell bag! I used it several times & walked all the way down to Milton’s pass with it. Will still find it useful for the rest of my trip.
I also appreciated being directly in touch with the cleaner as I left. Felt better knowing she could reach me if she discovered I left something behind & text me as I’m gassing up on the way out of town. :)

Awesome spot! Location is perfect; so close to beach, restaurants and short bike ride to Stump Pass park. Too many amenities to list but will know for the next visit as we’ll be back! Tammi and Luke were very responsive and helpful.
