We are welcoming guests post Hurricane Milton! COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2024! Brand New Dock in 2025! Pat's Place is named after our dear friend and former owner of the unit. 1st floor, open floor plan, unit. This unit overlooks beautiful Lemon Bay and the included boat dock. Less than two minute walk to the Gulf Beach and just steps away from the heated swimming pool and the island's best restaurants!
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO
The master bedroom features a king size bed and streaming TV. You can comfortably sleep four with the use of our pullout queen size sofa.
The kitchen is fully functional with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the kitchenware necessary for cooking a feast or mixing up your favorite refreshments.
If you decide not to dine on the lanai, our living area also includes a table that comfortably dines four people. This unit comes with free streaming "smart" TV and WIFI access. The complex also has a laundry room. Take advantage of the storage spaces, throughout the unit, to make for an uncluttered stay.

Condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Walk in shower was amazing only with there was a hand held shower head. Not being able to do laundry at the onsite facility was a bummer. Best place we have rented on the island.
