- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- 8 amenity wristbands are provided and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a wristband. A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities.
- All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the community dumpster conveniently located at the entrance to Towamensing Trails.
- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
- This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor.
- This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. While it is not gated, registration is required before check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed.
Parking Details:
A maximum of 4 cars can park onsite.

Didn't get to stay there much during the day because of the paintball event we go to, but it was a nice home to come back to. The trash situation was a challenge as I didn't have a vehicle at my disposal at checkout so I had to take my small bag of trash with me in my Lyft. Very pretty area and plenty of entertainment available. Would like to do it again next year.

We had a very comfortable stay. We over looked the post and didn’t realize the home did not have AC. Thank goodness the temperature was mild and fans are provided in each room.
