This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, value lower unit is just three blocks from the beach! Tile floors and spacious front patio. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds and the second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms. Shared washer and dryer and 1 parking spot in the shared garage. Suitable for smaller vehicles only.

This value lower unit of a duplex is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, ideal for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding and more!
The living area has cozy seating and a wall-mounted flat panel TV. Stainless appliances, a built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space make the kitchen an efficient space for whipping up family favorites. The kitchen counter has stools for casual meals and there is a table on the front patio with a charcoal BBQ.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The second bathroom is in the hall between the second and third bedrooms.
The home has 1 parking space in a shared garage with upper unit. Please note that this spot is for a smaller vehicle.
Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, alongside many casual restaurants. Newport Beach has some of the best dining spots all within a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk of this home. Lido Marina Village has many up scale eateries and boutiques and beautiful harbor front views. This location is perfect for families looking to explore all the area has to offer.

BW very responsive to questions amd pleasant to deall with.The rental needs some upgrades and basic maintenance and upgrades.Needs some better lighting, inadequate light in any room to read.The curtains don’t fit the sliding door.Blinds in bedrooms are rather disheveled.Could ise a permanent coffee filter in order to make first pot,or bring your Keurig cups!The second BR bed is like sleeping in a water bed

Family stay for a wedding near where we used to live. A fantastic return to see some old favorites and visit some new ones. Our VRBO was a perfect base of operations, near where we needed to be, just right for hosting.
Can't wait to go back!

This property is in a great location for walking to beach and nearby restaurants. My overall would be a 5 instead of a 4 if the owner would just update a few things. The window blinds in the living room do not work and the slider to the front patio is hard to open and falling apart. Also please have the maid service put the linens on the beds. The guest should not have to do it. The master bed was very comfortable but my guests said the middle room bed caved in the middle.

We rented the downstairs unit for a week this year The location was good near grocery store and the boardwalk- a short walk to the beach and a view of the “pirate house” Beds needed replacement and the couch was broken down The place was worn but the price was good I can’t say enough about the staff at Burr White They were very accommodating and when we notified them of the broken box fans they were replaced the next morning All in all it was clean and all things functioned just a little worn
