About this house rental
Magnificent view of the sea and the Ile Rousse.
In a quiet development 5 minutes from the city center and its beach (access by a secondary axis to avoid traffic jams on the main roads in summer), villa of 130 m2 composed:
- a living room dining room with fireplace and bay window opening onto the terrace,
- a Provençal style kitchen opening onto a wooded courtyard equipped with a barbecue and a plancha,
- a parental area with bedroom (180 cm bed) and bathroom with large shower cubicle and toilet,
- a children's area with a bedroom with a 120 cm cabin bed (which can also be suitable for a teenager or a single adult), a bathroom with bath and toilet, and another bedroom with 90 cm cabin bed + drawer bed.
Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The house has an 8x4m tiled swimming pool, not overlooked, surrounded by stone and greenery, the access to which is closed by a gate.
As it is a family home, it is possible to leave games and equipment for the children in order to load your suitcases less.
Some flexibility is possible regarding the days and times of arrivals and departures as long as it is anticipated.
The house has an independent type 2 apartment of 40 m2 with a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment has fans.
