We were 2 families with 5 teenagers, 4 adults. Really enjoyed 6 nights at the house. Very spacious rooms and living room (which we only used to watch a bit of tour de france), all with good a/c. Nice outdoor area with patio/terrace with a view towards the sea. Gas bbq, which was great. Well equipped kitchen for many people.
Very good communication with owner. Very pleasant and friendly couple.
House is located uphill from town centre. We used rental car every time to go to town, beaches, supermarket. There is a free bus about 400m away, but only once an hour. So we didn't try it. Town is about 7-10 minutes drive by car. Parking in town was fine. We walked uphill to a little village, Monticello, where we found a bakery and morning coffee, maybe about 2-2.5 km uphill from the house.
Nice and quiet area, which we really appreciated.

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos filles , conjoints et enfants dont un bébé de 4 mois et nous avions beaucoup d espace aussi bien en extérieur qu en intérieur ... le studio indépendant était l’idéal pour le bébé et ses parents . La localisation est au top et Jeanne a toujours su répondre à nos demandes . Très bon séjour. Patricia
