It has an area of 290m2 with a terrace of 130m2 surrounding the living room. In the extension of the terrace, is a heated swimming pool of 11m x 5m, surrounded by a beach of 90m2, protected by a beautiful Mediterranean garden fenced to ensure relaxation and well being.
