Our villa is located in the Marine de Davia, 5 minutes from L'ile Rousse and 15 minutes from Calvi airport. Away from the summer hustle and bustle, you can reach in just 15 minutes on foot, the coves of the Marine de Davia and the magnificent beaches of Ghjunchitu and Bodri.

And heated (secured by alarm, 8m/4m) with beach, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
The villa is surrounded by terraces, which offer different atmospheres at each time of the day. The summer kitchen, with gas plancha, will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
In the heart of lush vegetation (rubbers, bougainvillea, hibiscus, flowering laurels, philodendron, lemon tree, agave, yucca, wisteria, olive trees etc...), the 1300m2 plot is fully landscaped, enclosed by walls and secured by an electric gate.
The little train, which runs along the coast between L'Ile Rousse and Calvi, runs about every 2 hours and the Navy of Davia has a stop 10 minutes walk from the house, which allows you to move around without using the car and to discover the coast in a different way.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, including 3 master suites, independent access to the garden. Each bed measures 160/200, there are in total, 4 toilets (1 independent, 1 in the shared bathroom and 2 in the master suites), the kitchen is equipped and independent, the living room of 40 m2 is entirely open to the pool and the sea, wifi is free and for those who want to stay connected to the real world you have cable channels. Towels and sheets are provided.
