A mountain-side villa nestled below a charming Balagne villa, overlooking the bay of Île-Rousse, with unobstructed views and just 10 minutes from the beaches.
The villa is divided into three sections, two of which feature one bedroom for a couple, one children’s bedroom, and one bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors. The common areas overlook the sea: a large, fully equipped kitchen; a 40 m² living-dining room; and two large terraces, one of which overlooks the sea. A barbecue and plancha are available. Two of the bedrooms and the common areas are air-conditioned. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi.
It is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Corsica, near Île-Rousse (a 5-minute drive) and the most picturesque villages of Balagne. There are numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area. We provide an extensive library for book lovers and board games for the whole family. Behind the house: a large plot of land surrounded by maquis.
