About this villa rental
Very pretty air-conditioned villa near the seaside, with swimming pool, and beach access on foot.
Villa of full foot, of 170m2 on a raised and flowered ground of 3000m2. Located in the Davia Marine, you can walk to the beach (800m).
You will find there all the comfort:
- Equipped kitchen opening onto the outside and the living room
- Crossing living room, with dining side and lounge side (sofa and TV), all opening onto beautiful terraces according to the desired orientation.
- laundry
- 4 bedrooms all opening onto the garden
- 2 shower rooms, one with wc
- an independent toilet.
Sleeping side, you will find, 2 bedrooms each with a 140 bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, a bedroom with 3 single beds.
Very beautiful 11x5 size swimming pool and its paved beach (swimming pool protected by a solar curtain) Solar outdoor shower.
The garden is completely fenced.
The villa can accommodate 8/9 people.

Meeresblick aus der Terrasse und den Pool, Gasgrill mit plancha, induktionsherd, Meer in 5 min nahe mit top top Schnorchel buchten (Oktopus und Tintenfische gesehen!). Traumhafte schöne Gegend mit Abwechslung zwischen Meer, Fahrradfahren und wandern möglich. Nur zu empfehlen!
