Nestled in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, on the heights above Île-Rousse and in the heart of the maquis, this charming 230 m² air-conditioned villa offers an exceptional setting in a calm and relaxing environment. It features a private, heated infinity pool, with a panoramic view over the sea, Île de la Pietra, and the surrounding maquis. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.

**Level 2**
- 2 suites with 160x200 cm beds, shower room and WC
- 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (90x190 cm), sharing a shower room
