See title. Lift is small, but if you're lugging large bags it's a must. Check-in process was quick, for some reason no one we worked with in Italy wanted to label keys? and while there was an issue with the air conditioning, the apartment managers made every effort to fix it as soon as possible. Decor is sweet (I think they just renovated) - be aware that while the street is full of fascinating shops, it is loud, so the layers of curtains and glass and shutters covering the windows are definitely there for a reason. The Santa Maria Novella bus comes down this street every 15 minutes or so, but if you're looking for a cab you'll have better luck at the taxi station at the Pitti Palace which is only a few steps away. We walked for the most part, and this location is perfect for that.
