The half-timbered house has two floors; the rental unit is on the first floor, while the upper apartment is permanently leased. It spans 110 square meters, with direct access to the sun terrace and adjoining garden.
The accommodation includes three bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with a shower and corner bathtub, a small guest restroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two parking spaces available on the property, and two additional public parking spaces in front of the house. The garden, complete with a terrace, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a barbecue together.
